Before work starts

Eligible cancellation terms will depend on the product, plan and whether provisioning or custom work has begun.

Digital and custom services

Refund eligibility may be limited once licensed, provisioned or custom development work has started.

Recurring services

Customers can manage eligible renewal settings from their account. Cancellation does not automatically reverse already completed billing periods.
